Steve Davich sends in another MODOK, this little perturbed character by Art Baltazar of Tiny Titans fame. Steve picked this little ditty up at the Summit City Coin in Fort Wayne, IN last year and says that Art was the nicest guy you could be, offering quick sketches for a $1 a pop.
