This fine submission of modok eyecandy comes to us from the collection of Zach Smith.

It was forged by the hands of Rick Remender.
Its caption was penned by Micah Wright.

And here's the drawings backstory as Zach tells it....

In 2003, Micah Wright got into an argle-bargle with Joe Quesada over the rejection of a Wright/Remender proposal called JOE A.I.M., about a laid-off exec who inadvertantly gets a job at A.I.M. A sequence Wright raved about involved a "breast-feeding MODOK baby."

Well, shortly after that froofraw, I was at the San Diego Comic-Con and met Remender, who was doing commissions. I asked if he would render that scene, and he did so. Later, I ran into Wright, who drew a little word balloon for baby MODOK (and indicated the scene in question was not how the MODOK baby would have figured into the story).

Remender went on to glory with FEAR AGENT, and Wright went on to infamy for falsely claiming to be an Army Ranger. And the legend of the breast-feeding MODOK baby has faded into obscurity.

But I gladly donate this image for your MODOK madness. All hail MODOK!
