The eighties where rough on a lot of comic characters and their costumes. The decade spawned some loud colors and rather garrish fashion trends.
Here we have a rare image of MODOK in the eighties. Oddly enough this photo was taken just before someone made a wise assed comment about his FLOCK OF SEAGULLS hairdo. The insult sent MODOK into a rage during which he mindblasted the jerk thus frying a hole in his well managed quaff...
It wasn't until the nineties when MODOK would again make such a brave statement with his hair, modeling it after one of M.C. Hammer's Dance Crew...
You know that spade thingy.
