This Silent film star inspired MODOK, comes to us by way of Mr. Lucey who writes,

Charles Modok or otherwise known as The Little Modok is one of the other dimension Modok mishaps. One classic silent actor Charles Chaplin was in the wrong place at the very wrong time when a Modok from another dimension phased into his. The result the two figures were in the same spot and the new mash up character was created. A new Modok that just wants to give a little cheer to many in life and maybe on occasion still blast a superhero or two.  This image is a traditional ink/marker drawing I created at a Sketch Tuesday event in SF.
