Submitted MODOK: James Lopez

James Lopez was nice enough to send us this submission of MODOK (and an A.I.M. Beekeeper enjoying afternoon tea) which he drew while he was bored in class.
In his email he writes:
I have been a big fan of the MODOK Madness since its inception, thank you so much for doing something so fun during March. I don't know what it is that draws so many people to this character. Let's be honest, he is a maleficent, uncordial, abrasive, rotund, conniving, capricious, evil character. But, similar to a pug, he is just so damn ugly that you feel compelled to love him and care for him. That awkward sense of love and attraction that a human can only give to a large orbiting head. Because at the end of the day, he is YOUR orbiting head.

Thank you very much and good luck with one of the few things I look forward to every year!

Excelsior!
Many thanks to James for letting MODOK into his heart and mind this March, during class lectures no less... Yep, I kinda see MODOK like a Pug dog.  But, will admit that I wouldn't wanna clean up after MODOK during walkies...  Not enough plastic baggies...ever.
