Mr. Mertens, an artist who hails from Williamsburg, Brooklyn (my old hood!) submits this cheerful MODOK and writes:

This is a piece I did for your March Modok Madness .... All the pictures I see of Modok he looks so unhappy. I thought I would portray him with a smile, maybe he's at a birthday party.
