Submitted MODOK: Richard J. Smith

Richard was doodling at a local comic fair and sent us this crazy MODOK, clearly off his meds and on a rampage. Beautiful! And when spending your time at a con what do you doodle? Richard says, "I kinda live by the phrase 'When all else fails, draw M.O.D.O.K'". Thanks, Richard! Richard writes and draws a comic called Red Fox Comix and you can see his work at his blogs: Redmond J. Blog and one dedicated to Bluto. You can also check out his work at his Deviantart page.

Submitted MODOK: Brian McLachlan

This great little post comes to the Madness from Brian McLachlan, who writes:
"Hey Modok Keepers,
I think your site is the awesomes and I made my own Modok to share with the community of California Rasin/Mr. Potatohead-shaped bad guy lovers out there. Since I make a comic called The Princess Planet, I wanted to make the M in Modok Magical, so an evil Princess Modok seemed appropriate."

I gotta say Brian, we couldn't be happier that you sent us your work...Lots of cool stuff going on in this image....I love what you did with the Beekeepers, as well as Hulk and Hawkeye in be background....Not to mention how great your evil magical madam MODOK is.

If your interested in checking out more of Brian's comic work We Strongly encourage that you drop on by: http://www.theprincessplanet.com/ and have a look at the many awesome comics contained within.

Thanks again Brian, for supporting the MADNESS...

Henry sends us this combination Boston Terrier/MODOK, essentially, a BODOG. He writes:
So the only thing I could think of is how my sister's Frenchie, Piglet, is essentially a giant head anyway, so…here's MODOG.

Good dog. Good piece. Thank you, Henry, for your submission.

Lead Paint: God, What is Hawkeye’s Problem Anyway?

Hawkeye pretty much had it coming to him.

Looks like Ryan Dorrian had a similar thought in mind when he drew his MODOK getting picked on as well. Poor MODOK, just because he's designed only for killing doesn't mean he has no feelings.

This is Lead Paint's final submission for the blog this year. We'll be back next year with more absurd and inappropriate comics.

Looking forward to the exciting conclusion of the Maleficent MODOK along with all the other submissions for the final 10 days!

Submitted MODOK: James Stowe

James sends us another MODOK, this one from the beyond! He writes: "Here is another MODOK... this time its a BEHOLDOK... cause D&D needs a MODOK too." True that. As well as an 11 sided die! Thanks, James!

Submitted MODOK: Ryan Dorrian

Keep away! Keep away! MODOK hates when superheroes tease him by tossing his minions just out of reach! Hang in there, buddy! This fun little number comes from Ryan Dorrian, who has more fun, illustrative work at his website, ryandorrian.co.cc. Thanks, Ryan!

Museum Piece MODOK

This MODOK-like relic comes courtesy of Peru's Museo Nacional de la Historia y la Cultura. The stunningly well-preserved artifact was discovered in the Peruvian highlands on the lower slopes of the Andes Mountains. Thought to be a deity of the Chuatepak people who inhabited the region in the latter part of the Iron Age, modern Peruvian folklore has it that this god, "El Organismo mental Diseñó sólo para matar" in Spanish, was able to annihilate enemies with the strength of its thoughts alone.

Submitted MODOK: Darren Rawlings

Amazing artist Darren Rawlings drew this awesome piece up for March MODOK Madness, featuring the Incredible Hulk! Rawls is using March similarly to we here at MMM, as he features Hulk beating the tar out of just about everybody this month at his blog, even Galactus! Please take a wander over there to check out some beautiful examples of Darren's Hulk March Madness! Cool. A March Marvel Madness Crossover!

Obama-ize Me! Craig sends us this Obama poster generated image of Eric Powell's MODOK from Super-Villain Team-Up: MODOK's 11 that he created at Paste Magazine's Obamicon Me. Not to out do himself, Craig continued with a MODOK cereal box, a MODOK Wanted poster, and a $100 bill, wherein MODOK replaces Franklin (take that, Franklin!). I need me some mo' MODOK moolah myself! Thanks for the submissions, Craig!

Submitted MODOK: Alberto Padiernda

Alberto is a graphic designer and illustrator from Spain. He writes, "I love your blog and I would love to contribute with a Modok." and we are happy to have your work. Its interesting to see what MODOK would be doing in this dark gritty world of Frank Miller's Creation... Great graphic treatment.

Thanks for the support Alberto.

You can see more of Alberto's illustration work at: spaceapeinc.blogspot.com
