Well LIL' PIE_EYED MODOK here.
Doesn't like to be ignored. So, he was particularly angry when LIL' CAPN' "A" and his birdy "EAGLE HEAD" didn't give him an invite to FIGHT with the other hero's and super villains over the weekend..
IRON MAN GOT ONE, HULK DID TOO.....ARNUM ZOLA, AND HYPNO HUSTLER EVEN GET TO GO..

But LIL MODOK' got no invite....
SO MODOK GAVE CAPPY A SPECIAL RSVP...an RSVP, of the MINDBLAST VARIETY.
