Submitted MODOK: Rick Lucey

Rick Lucey, illustrator and cartoonist, sends us this curmudgeon of a MODOK, a "form of homage to the Modok character I did some months back. He recently was discovered to be the long lost father of MODOK hence FOMODOK. His real name is Maximillon." I bet he's twice as ill-tempered than MODOK, since he's been around twice as long!
