Submitted MODOK: James Stowe

He promised in his first 2013 MODOK submission that he would in fact "BE BACK".  So, once again the talented James Brings us another dose of the Mentally organic goodness with this Killer tribute to MODOK, and some other fella named WHO.  James writes,

50th anniversary MOKTOR WHOS. A few days ago there was a Modoktor Who posted and it really inspired me to go crazy. I've been working on this ever since. It is 100% vector art. Hope you dig it.

We do in fact "dig it" James and thank you for posting again with us.  Keep on cranking out the sweet vector images.
